It explains what we collect when you visit our website, contact us or work with us, why we collect it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

- Enquiries. When you use our contact form or email us: your name, company or studio, email address and whatever you tell us about your project, such as project type, services, timeline and budget.
- Business relationships. Contact details of people at the studios and companies we work with or are in discussion with.
- Job applications. If you apply for a role: your CV, portfolio, contact details and anything else you choose to share with us.
- Technical data. When you visit the website, our hosting provider may log information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to keep the website running and secure.
03Why we use it, and on what basis
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible collaboration (our legitimate interest, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract).
- To deliver and manage our services under an agreement with you or your company (performance of a contract).
- To assess job applications (our legitimate interest in recruiting, or your consent where we ask for it).
- To meet legal requirements, such as bookkeeping and accounting rules (legal obligation).

- Enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration: up to 24 months after our last contact.
- Client and supplier information: for as long as the relationship lasts, and afterwards as long as required by law, for example seven years for accounting records under Swedish law.
- Job applications: until the recruitment is completed, or longer if you agree that we keep your application for future roles.
